Laura is a self-taught artist, who grew up in Austin, where her love for art began as a child and continued to flourish throughout her life. After graduating college, she was a Gallery Director in Dallas for 6 years before deciding to stay at home with their two young children and growing their family by two more, with identical twins. After leaving the high end art world, she found a void in the market of attainable, large-scale, original paintings. She has a passion for creating timeless, original works of art for emerging collectors that drive thought provoking conversations.
God’s creation in this beautiful world and the colors all around us are the inspiration for her works. Laura paints in her home studio, in Dallas, Texas, and is always wishing for more space to house the many canvases she works on for commissions and collections being created.
Being a mom and wife is her greatest joy, but having a creative outlet through painting truly gives fulfillment. Laura is passionate about giving back to the Ronald McDonald House and Children’s Hospital Dallas who helped their son Hayes immensely when he was very ill his first year of life.
